The following are steps to enable the VoLTE on SGINO8 :-
1) On dial panel press *#*#83781#*#* [will bring to Engineer Mode]
2) Engineer Mode
3) Scroll down to Volte Setting
4) Enable both the whitelist settings
5) Go back to main screen and reboot the phone
SGINO 8 Volte feature will be enabled.
