Warranty and Repair Policy
The term of warranty period shall commence from the date of purchase stated on the Warranty Card and Sales Invoice/Receipt. Proof of purchase and presentation of warranty card is required for us to establish the validity of the warranty.
All new iNo Mobile phones come with a 1-year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering manufacturing and parts defects, except accessories e.g. battery, earpiece, charger, which comes with a 6-months Manufacturer’s Warranty from date of purchase.
All warranty and repair, regardless of location of purchase of phone, is to be brought to the following authorised center/s for claims to be effected:
All freight/delivery charges incurred on sending the product back to our centre will be paid by sender.

|Your defective iNO Mobile phone will be replaced with another brand new set of the same model. Simply go to an authorised center with your phone and the original packaging with full complement of accessories, together with proof of purchase.In the rare event there are no more available unit of the same model for replacement, a suitable alternative will be proposed for your consideration and agreement||None|

(More than 7 days after purchase but within warranty period)
|Go to an authorised center with your phone and proof of purchase.Before your defective phone is taken away for servicing by us, a duplicate copy of the service form will be handed to you; please keep this copy as proof of ownership of the phone.Note: The following damage will not be covered under warranty: Liquid or heat damage from external sources, dents, or cracks on the handset body or screen, cracked or bleeding LCD display, damaged keyboard or keys, damaged headset or charging posts, multiple scratches or heavy scratching on the display or touch areas, damaged pins on the SIM card reader and other accidental damages|
Note regarding accessories – Remove all SIM card/s and accessories (including the battery, memory card, back cover and charger) and keep these items with you. If these are still attached to the phone being serviced, they might be misplaced and not returned to you.
Note regarding Dead Pixels – Warranty is covered if there are 3 or more dead pixels, or 1 dead pixel found one inch or more from the border of the screen, within 30 days from date of purchase.
Try the “Dead Pixel Detect and Fix” app on Play Store, to see if the dead pixel can be removed.
Note regarding Use Cases not covered by warranty:
- You can damage your phone by carrying it in your rear pocket during squatting, bending and sitting.
- Damage can occur when a phone is repeatedly knocked by items in an enclosed space e.g. your pocket, a purse, knapsack or briefcase etc
- Phone models that uses AMOLED screens are more susceptible to cracked screen from accidental drops and knocks
No charge for the repair if the defect is covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Out-of-warranty phone repair
(Expired warranty and/or issues not covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty)Go to our iNO’s Authorised service center with your phone and proof of purchase to discuss options.We will provide you with an estimate for additional costs for the repair; however, if the damage is beyond what we have estimated, we will call you to seek agreement to proceed with the additional repair.
