Here’s a list of Frequently Asked Technical Support Questions for iNO Scout:
Q: How do I store data in the Mirco-SD Card
A: Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Storage’, ensure that ‘SD Card’ is the selected media under ‘Default Write Disk’. This have to be done every time the SD card is being re-inserted into the device.
Q: My iNO Scout becomes lag after some period of use
A: Most applications downloaded are stored by default under your device storage or known as ‘Phone Storage’, however, given the file-size of some applications, some apps may not be suitable to be in the ‘Phone Storage’.
Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Apps’ > Slide to ‘Phone Storage’, go through the list of ticked items, move your frequently running apps such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Line, Viber, Instagram, Google Play Services, Anti-virus, Batter savers…etc to the ‘Internal Storage’ by clicking into the app and click ‘Move to Internal Storage’.
If you see ‘Move to Phone Storage’ than you do not need to do anything to the application as it had already been moved to the external storage. You’re required to restart your device after following the steps above.
