Q: How to do a screen capture?
A: Press the power and power down button at the same time.

Q: I am unable to download apps from Google Play Store. “Your device isn’t compatible with this version”

Certain apps are not compatible because the app developer has specified that the phone must be with camera. To go around this:

Option 1

You can backup the app (.apk) from other phone, copy to iNO6 and manually install it into iNO6.

Option 2

Use third party app market such as aptoide to install the apps.

Q: My phone is stuck/hang.
A: Press and hold the power button for about 10secs to reboot.

Q: There is no sound when I play media.
A: For earlier version of firmware, there is a glitch with Google Assistant that hog up the media sound. To remedy this: Turn off the “Access with Voice Match”. The new firmware update is awaiting Google approval to be send out via OTA subsequently.

Alternatively, bring it to our office to update the firmware. (Please do backup your data as all data in the phone will be erased after the update)
