iNO 3 Key Features
One of the key design criteria for iNO3 was to make sure it had a more robust construction. We subjected it to repeatable impacts similar to those it may experience when in the hands of any typical user.
See our video of a bare iNO3 dropped onto the concrete floor (from head-level) without any protective phone cover to cushion the impact.
The iNO3’s LCD display is rated at 1280 x 768 pixels (LCD). With a 4.2” screen, that’s 356 pixels per inch (PPI), compared to 326 PPI for the iPhone 5 (for example). When held 10 to 12 inches from the eye, you won’t be able to make out individual pixels (hence the definition “Retina Display”, a term first coined by Apple).
What does all this means to you? Webpages may resemble print quality output. Looking at thumbnail photos also reveals an amazing clarity and level of detail. The lettering on e-books when magnified are also clearly sharper.
Dual-Mode Satellite Tracking
In order to get a fix on your location, your phone needs an unobstructed view to at least four satellites. The American GPS network has 31 satellites spread around the world but experience shows it can’t always be accessed from where you are.
Fortunately, there’s a second network of 24 satellites called GLONASS. Combined access to GPS and GLONASS substantially improves location accuracy, reliability and speed. The iNO3 has exactly such a dual-system antenna for combined access.
The 2 screenshots below shows the same iNO3 using (i) location fix using GPS satellites only and (ii) using Dual-mode with both GPS and GLONASS tracking turned on.

The iNo Simple 3G is a simple-to-use phone with an SOS Alert button for added sense of safety. The Simple 3G is unique because it accepts both 3G and 2G SIM Cards. This is important because 2G networks globally are being dismantled, hence users having 2G-only candy-bar phones will experience more blind spots in their 2G network coverage nowadays. Your loved ones will definitely experience better network connection with iNo Simple 3G.With slots for two SIM Card slots, your loved ones will never need to worry about being not-contactable when one of the pre-paid card is spoilt, expired or depleted.
